For UK and Irish finance teams

Stop duplicate and fraudulent supplier invoices before you pay them.

Invogi is duplicate invoice detection software UK finance teams can run on top of Xero, QuickBooks Online, or a CSV export. Every supplier invoice is checked for duplicates, changed bank details, and unusual amounts, then gets a PASS, REVIEW, or BLOCK decision with the evidence behind it.

What we catch

The payment mistakes UK finance teams actually make

Duplicate bills

Exact and fuzzy matching across supplier, invoice number, date, and amount, so a re-sent PDF never gets paid twice.

Bank-detail change fraud

Flags a supplier whose UK sort code and account number, or IBAN, change between invoices, the pattern behind payment diversion fraud. Add the accounts you have confirmed with each supplier, as many as they legitimately use, and any other account on an invoice is flagged for review. Read from API data, PDF and scanned invoices, and e-invoices. How it works.

Amount anomalies

Arithmetic checks on totals and amounts that break from a supplier's normal pattern.

UK e-invoicing 2029

Get ready for the Peppol mandate

UK e-invoicing 2029 makes structured e-invoices mandatory for VAT invoices from April 2029. Invogi already reads UBL and CII e-invoices, so structured supplier invoices are checked the same way as PDFs, before payment.

FAQ

Common questions

Does Invogi work with Xero and QuickBooks Online?

Yes. Invogi connects to Xero and QuickBooks Online so supplier bills are checked for duplicates and unusual amounts before they are approved for payment. Bank-detail change checks run on invoices that carry bank details, such as uploaded PDFs, e-invoices, and API submissions. Xero and QuickBooks do not reliably provide supplier bank details, so those synced bills are not covered by that check. You can also start without any integration by uploading a CSV or XLSX export.

What is the UK e-invoicing mandate?

The UK government has confirmed that e-invoicing becomes mandatory for VAT invoices issued by VAT-registered businesses from April 2029, using the Peppol network. Invogi is not a Peppol access point; it checks the supplier invoices you receive before payment, whichever route they arrive by.

How much does it cost?
