Referral Program Terms

Joining

Anyone with an Invogi account can apply from the Refer and earn page in the app. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Once approved, you receive a referral link and code. Using Invogi yourself remains subject to our Terms of Service.

Attribution

A business is referred by you when it creates its Invogi workspace through your link or enters your code while setting up that workspace. Attribution is fixed when the workspace is created and cannot be added or changed afterwards. You cannot refer yourself or a workspace you create.

Commission

You earn 20% of each payment a referred workspace makes to Invogi for its subscription, additional legal entities and usage, excluding taxes, for 12 months from that workspace's first payment. Commission is earned only on payments actually received, never on sign-ups or free use.

Each commission is held for 45 days before it becomes payable, because payments may be refunded under our Refund Policy. A refund, credit or chargeback reverses the commission earned on it; if that commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Payouts

We pay payable commission monthly, by bank transfer or another method we agree with you, in the currency the referred business paid in. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission and for giving us the payment and tax details we reasonably need. We may withhold payment until we have them.

Acting responsibly

Describe Invogi accurately, do not make promises on our behalf, and do not use spam, paid search on the Invogi name, or misleading offers to obtain referrals. You are not our agent and cannot bind us. If you upload a client's invoices to your own workspace, for example to show them what Invogi finds, you must have their permission and remain responsible for that data under the Terms of Service.

Privacy

Your referrals page shows each referral anonymously: when it signed up, how far it has got, and the commission earned. It never shows a referred business's name or invoice data. Read our Privacy Policy.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice; commission already earned stays payable under the terms in force when it was earned. We may suspend or end your participation immediately for a breach of these terms, fraud or abuse, and withhold commission connected with it. You may leave at any time by contacting us.
