Catch goods billed twice before you pay for them.
Part deliveries, split invoices, and thousands of supplier lines make it easy to pay for the same goods twice. Invogi works as three way match software beside your ERP: it checks each invoice against supplier history and, when you import purchase orders and goods received, against what was ordered and received so far where the invoice quotes the order.

What we catch
Controls for purchase orders and part deliveries
Duplicate invoices
The same invoice resubmitted, or changed slightly, including in another currency.
Billed above what was received
Quantity billed so far on a PO line, across invoices, compared with what was received.
Bank-detail changes
A supplier's payment details differ from the account previously seen.
Why part deliveries are the risk
Each invoice can look right on its own
Two invoices can each fit a purchase order line, yet together bill for more than arrived. A three-way match has to add up what was billed so far, and a part-delivery invoice for less than the line isn't a problem.
Guided setup
What to bring, and what this doesn't do yet
Start with an export
The free audit needs only a CSV or XLSX of your AP transactions, and finds duplicates and bank-detail changes. Add a net amount column if you have one.
Add orders and receipts
Import purchase order lines and goods received in Settings. Order totals need a PO column on your invoices. Line checks need invoices with line detail, sent by API or document upload.
Limits today
No unit-of-measure conversion or item-code matching. Lines match on description and price, and freight charges aren't checked by line.
FAQ
Common questions
Does this replace three-way matching in our ERP?
No. Invogi is an independent check before payment, alongside your ERP. It adds up what was billed across invoices, and shows the evidence for each finding.
Will part-delivery invoices be flagged?
Not for being less than the line, which is normal. A finding means the total billed so far is above what was received, or above what was ordered if the order has no receipts yet.
Which systems does this work with?
Any system that can export CSV or XLSX. ERP connections bring in invoices for duplicate and bank-detail checks, but not yet their PO references or lines. For PO checks, use a file with a PO column, or the API, and import orders and receipts from files.
